How it works
Find the place, then the home
Enter a country, town or golf course. Narrow the results by property type, price, bedrooms and distance to golf. The list and map show the same search; move the map and select “Search this area” to focus on a location.
Keep your shortlist
Select the heart on a home to save it. “Save search” keeps your filters so you can revisit the current results. Both are stored in this browser on this device. Clearing your browser’s stored data removes them. Saved searches do not send email alerts.
Ask about a property
The enquiry form sends your details to Fairawayhomes. Where an agent’s email is available, we also forward the enquiry to that agent. The confirmation tells you whether forwarding succeeded. You can always open the original listing to contact the advertiser directly.
Where the property information comes from
Property descriptions, photos, asking prices and features come from the agents and developers marketing each home. Inventory is refreshed when the site is rebuilt. Source dates tell you when information was observed, not that the property is guaranteed to remain available.
Prices and currencies
We show the original asking price when available. Resale search price filters compare stored US-dollar estimates, which may differ from today’s exchange rate. If the original amount is missing, the displayed price is a USD estimate. Development prices are starting prices in the developer’s stated currency. They may relate to an entry-level unit rather than every home in the project.
Golf distances
Distances are approximate straight-line measurements between property and course coordinates. They do not measure the walk or drive to the clubhouse and do not prove frontage, access, membership or residency benefits. Confirm the exact address and playing rights directly.
Photos and map positions
Photos may show a show home, visualisation or shared facilities in a development. Property pins use the location supplied with the listing and can be approximate. Homes without coordinates remain available in the list.
Source history
When a development has successful source checks, its history shows those observations. A failed source request is not evidence of a new price or a completed availability check. We do not infer sold prices or valuations from asking prices.
